“The Service I received was on Monday April 12th, a day ahead of schedule and very much appreciated. My original request was to re-tighten the spring and replace the cables on the door.
Tyson Cooper was the on site technician and kept me informed on his arrival time. He is very personable young man and very thorough in how he works and are completely satisfied with the work performed.
We would not hesitate to recommend Overhead Doors to anyone.
Tyson pointed out flaws on a couple of hinges on the door which I was not aware of and with my approval replaced them. I had a seal replaced as well and he was able to make an adjustment on the seal on my second door. He checked both doors and motors for proper operation.
Tyler also pointed out your current promotion for a complete motor assembly replacement. I will certainly keep this in mind for the future if the need arises.”
